What is the return policy?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement where appropriate.
What is the shelf life of products?
All products have an unopened shelf life of 3 years. Once opened, the recommended usage period can be found on the packaging using the open jar symbol (PAO symbol), which indicates how many months the product should be used for after opening due to active ingredients.
Are there any sales or discount codes?
