Refund & Returns Policy

At Skintention, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, some restrictions apply to returns.

Returns

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be unopened and unused
  • Be in their original packaging
  • Be in a resalable condition

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened skincare products
  • Used skincare products
  • Products returned outside of the 14-day return period

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable resolution.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
